Hi, I power cycled the machine. It stated clearly on the display that a memory cheap *must* be re-seated. I hope I can do this tomorrow morning, which will of course mean downtime.
I don't know how hard it will be to figure out which chip "DIMM C3" actually is. The machine has a *lot* of memory chips in it.
