Did you do sage -combinat qselect?
It should not be skipping trac_12940_affine_permutations-td.patch .

I temporarily disabled trac_14516-review-as.patch.
Travis, you need to rebase trac_14519-cynthonize_element_wrapper-ts.patch on 
top of it.
