Following the release of LattE Integrale 1.6 and 4ti2 1.6, I've updated the 4ti2 spkg (trac #15172) and made an intial version of LattE Integrale 1.6 spkg (trac #15180). For the latter, one would still need to write an interface, but this could produce a huge speedup for integer point counting in polytopes.
