Thank you all for sending your references in! We got quite a few new

Right now, one of the main sage developers (in this case Harald Schilly, 
thanks!)
needs to upload the references by hand from bibtex entries. Which meant a
lot of time trying to convert the entries to bibtex. I hope in the future
this process can be simplified.
