being an admin is relatively little work.

Perhaps we can indeed skip this year, in particular as the GSoC format got
changed so that the projects are to be considerably shorter,
 stipends  smaller too, high school leavers became eligible, etc.
(so more PR for Goog, less substance,
I think)
