No, not that. I have set that up, but I want email notifications via GH 
anytime someone does, say, @tscrim or modifies an issue/PR I am involved 
in. I have subscribed myself and changed my GH settings to send emails. 
However, there are other repos I am involved with that I do *not* want 
emails from. All I see is an all-or-nothing for getting emails. I don't 
want to ignore GH notifications from certain repos, but I don't want to get 
emails from them either. Of course I can setup an email filter to look for 
"Sage", but I would much rather do this on the GH side.
