It must have something to do with OSX 10.4.
I don't have access to a 10.4 box right now, but if I do, I'll figure this out.
Anyone else with OSX 10.4?

Hector: maybe you could throw in a
"import sys;print sys.path"
 into the beginning of "trunk/knoboo/knoboo.tac"?
