William,

Works fine on the new iPhone 3G.

I tried
R.<x>=ZZ['x']
f = x+1
g=f^1000
g

It printed everything except the final + 1.

Was I just unlucky to have picked something 2 characters longer than
it can print by default, or is something being chopped off on the
right hand side of the display or what?

Bill.
