Now that the semester is over, I'm trying to finish the spkg for lp_solve. lp_solve does not use autoconf and make, but rather has its own specialized build scripts for different platforms (mainly Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux/UNIX). What is the recommended way of determining which platform Sage is running on?
