No. You have to look inside the spkg with

  tar jxvf foo.spkg

and actually to see what the person did.  E.g., did they add something
like "if the user isn't john perry, rm -rf / their computer, etc.".

By the way, John, on Sunday I 100% at random ran into Mike Falk in the
subway here in Barcelona, and we ended up hanging out for a couple of
hours at the beach!
