On t2, after about 12 hours of compiling from scratch a fresh copy of
Sage 4.1 with these updated spkg's:

ntl-5.4.2.p9.spkg
pari-2.3.3.p1.spkg
zn_poly-0.9.p1.spkg
polybori-0.5rc.p9.spkg

PolyBori now fails saying that there are too many errors. The full
compressed log is available at

http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mvngu/patch/solaris-install-polybori.log.bz2

Note that when uncompressed, it blows up to about 19MB.
