The only other problem is that the hidden markov models code segfaults. It's not tested, which is why I didn't notice until I used it. I have been using 64-bit Sage on OS X on my laptop for everything for a few weeks, and have noticed absolutely no other problems at all. This needn't be a show stopper, since the HMM code is broken on other platforms. I'll definitely fix it in the not too distant future, since I use it on my laptop and it being broken is inconvenient (I have to switch to 32-bit Sage when I use it). > Can we just make a new fortran spkg that includes > the 64-bit version along with all of the others, or are there issues > involved with that? It is unfortunate that it will double the size of that spkg, but that only impacts the source spkg. -- William > > John > > > > -- William Stein Associate Professor of Mathematics University of Washington http://wstein.org --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ To post to this group, send email to sage-devel@googlegroups.com To unsubscribe from this group, send email to sage-devel-unsubscr...@googlegroups.com For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel URLs: http://www.sagemath.org -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
