The only other problem is that the hidden markov models code
segfaults.  It's not tested, which is why I didn't notice until I used
it.   I have been using 64-bit Sage on OS X on my laptop for
everything for a few weeks, and have noticed absolutely no other
problems at all.  This needn't be a show stopper, since the HMM code
is broken on other platforms.  I'll definitely fix it in the not too
distant future, since I use it on my laptop and it being broken is
inconvenient (I have to switch to 32-bit Sage when I use it).

I think that's the only problem with fortran.   It is unfortunate that
it will double the size of that spkg, but that only impacts the source
spkg.
