This is a general question, but it applies to this spkg: is it
appropriate for an spkg like this to inject its documentation into the
Sage reference manual?  My impression is that this package has good
documentation, and it would be nice if it were available to the user
when it's installed.  The reference manual is the natural place.
Should there be an "Optional packages" section of the reference
manual, where each package can put its documentation?
