Highlights:

 * Mercurial repository browser - side-by-side diffs; supports queues.
 * Custom notifications - I have not tested these.
 * "Blocks" and "Is blocked by" ticket fields.
 * Ticket dependency graphs by Graphviz.
 * WYSIWYG editor - quirky but it can be turned off; supports tables.
 * Line / bar charts of new, closed, total tickets over time.
 * Ticket back links - a first take.

Note: Some assembly is required.  But if you can, please try out a few
features, so we can determine which are worth adding to Sage trac.
