I have made a screencast tutorial on creating a new ticket on trac. See my blog post on wordpress.com [1]. This video tutorial was inspired by the "Tech Tip Videos" of Linux Journal [2]. The idea is that, when things are easier to show by a screencast, then show it using a screencast instead of using a textual tutorial.
