When building Sage as a user without root privileges on a machine with CPU throttling enabled, is ATLAS built or does Sage just rely on standard BLAS?
I don't know.
===== It appears you have cpu throttling enabled, which makes timings unreliable and an ATLAS install nonsensical. Aborting. See ATLAS/INSTALL.txt for further information Ignoring CPU throttling by user override! =====
You may be able to disable fool the cpu throttling by running a CPU intensive task all the time. That should keep the cpu going flat out. If you reduce the priority of it, then hopefully it will not have too much impact on your system ,but will allow the CPU to keep going flat out.
Thanks, Alex
I've tried to update the ATLAS in Sage, but have not been too successful yet. -- To post to this group, send an email to [email protected] To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to [email protected] For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel URL: http://www.sagemath.org
