Hi Sage-devel,
If you would be interested in organizing, being involved in,
attending, getting your friends to attend, etc., a "Sage for Newbies"
Sage Days, please send me an email (off list is totally fine).
This workshop would involve a combination of:
* creating materials to make Sage more accessible to new users
* having tutorials that make programming more accessible to
mathematicians who don't know how to program
Most participants would be very new to *programming*, but
mathematically sophisticated (e.g., at least grad students in math).
So this is targeted at a very different audience than say Ted Kosan's
"Sage for Newbies" book, and it's also not targeted at "Calculus
Students".
