It is possible that i could get some funding to organize a workshop, which must be related to aplied and computational algebraic topology. I thought about organizing a sage days devoted to braids and/or knots and links; maybe with sprints aimed at the implementation of free and finitely presented groups, group actions, braid groups and so on.
The problem is that I have no experience in sage days, so i really don't know how to organize it. I could really use some help on this. I am not even sure if my idea would really fit in the philosophy of sage days.
