That looks promising. User jordan on #transmission (freenode) said he will work on implementing web seed in `transmission-create`, the utility for creating .torrent files which comes with Transmission. See https://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/4645 (not that this is of great importance as we could use a different program).
