Hi Sage-Devel, As decided on November 3, 2011, the blocker goals for sage-5.0 are:
1. Trac 12024: 90% doctest coverage: http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/12024 Status: "sage-5.0.beta3-sage.math.washington.edu-x86_64-Linux$ ./sage -coverageall Overall weighted coverage score: 86.5% Total number of functions: 29150 We need 1021 more function to get to 90% coverage." There is a ton of good stuff at 12024 that needs review, etc., right? 2. Trac 11881: OS X 10.7 support: http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/11881 STATUS: Much recent work here by Jereon, Andrew, John, etc. -- excellent progress! * Trac 11080: Switch to the new flask-based version of the Sage notebook: http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/11080 STATUS: Much good work here by Jason Grout and others -- excellent progress!
