I ran that patchbot. It lacked something to build documentation, so while 
Sage installs fine it can't build docs which makes the patchbot very 
unhappy. Yes the patchbot asks whether it should really run (y/n) since it 
can't build docs but if you foolishly press "yes" you only get test 
failures.
