I am running Sage 5.8 64 bit on a macbook pro with OS X 10.8.3.
Whenever I install the experimental package chomp, I always get an
installation error. The log is below.

If you want to try to fix the problem yourself, *don't* just cd to

and type 'make' or whatever is appropriate.
Instead, the following commands setup all environment variables
correctly and load a subshell for you to debug the error:
