Hi, I was trying to install the expermital package semigroupe-2. I get the
following error by using the command:
sage: install_package('semigroupe-2.0-2')

explaining the problem and including the relevant part of the log file
/home/cha/.sage/sage-6.1.1-x86_64-Linux/logs/pkgs/semigroupe-2.0-2.log
Describe your computer, operating system, etc.
If you want to try to fix the problem yourself, *don't* just cd to
/home/cha/.sage/sage-6.1.1-x86_64-Linux/local/var/tmp/sage/build/semigroupe-2.0-2
and type 'make' or whatever is appropriate.
Instead, the following commands setup all environment variables
correctly and load a subshell for you to debug the error:
(cd
'/home/cha/.sage/sage-6.1.1-x86_64-Linux/local/var/tmp/sage/build/semigroupe-2.0-2'
&& '/home/cha/.sage/sage-6.1.1-x86_64-Linux/sage' --sh)
When you are done debugging, you can type "exit" to leave the subshell.
