What we do is similar to "pull request", isn't it ? When we work with
Vincent and have to add (as a reviewer) a commit to a ticket, we usually
add this commit on public/whatever or u/your_login/whatever and say on the
ticket "I added a commit on <branch_name>, add it if you like it".

The only problem with that is that you cannot just click on the branch name
and see the commit, but well..

This title conveys the most important information there is to decide that :
it tells you plainly that the ticket contains nothing interesting (except
for the replacement of _check_pbd). There is no better title to help you
decide if you want to read the source code.
