Although Jeroen disagreed with the beginning of my comments, my
opinion developed and I think that what I ended up with is consistent
with the general consensus.  (Good thing!  Disagreeing with Jeroen
would not be a good way to start the week!).  And yes, of course we
only care about finitely-generated ideals being principal but non-f.g.
ideals are probably quite hard to define in  Sage,  [I will now
retreat while someone comes up with an example.]
