Correct. And it still boggles my mind how you though that it is a good idea 
to just wait and leave a ticket sitting at needs_review when something 
urgently needs to be done before the hosting at UW goes away. I just did 
what needed to be done.

Emergency is always dubious as it allows power concentration. 


Perhaps there is some parallel universe where being the release manager is 
a gratifying paid job that brings you the respect of your peers. I'm pretty 
sure that ours is different. You are welcome to take over any time, just 
let me know.
