FYI: `gap_packages` optional doctests don't pass, so the package was moved
to experimental.
Maybe I should explain the reason for all this: it's about
http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/18558
When this ticket is merged, all optional packages will be doctested by
default. Since we shouldn't release Sage with known failing doctests,
those tests for gap_packages (and a few other packages) should be
disabled and the easiest way to do that was to make the package
experimental instead of optional.
I think we already had an unofficial(?) policy that optional packages
should pass their doctests, so the change optional->experimental is
consistent with that policy.
Note that the fact whether the package is optional or experimental
doesn't make a difference when using the package, so it's not really a
big deal.
