For whatever it's worth, I have the same issue. The mathjax stuff looks like it's working, but then when processing hits 100%, all of the latex is replaced with [Math Processing Error]. I have the following in my JS console:
Error: TypeError: c.FONTDATA.FONTS.MathJax_Main[8212][5] is undefined Source File: file:///home/mjo/src/sage.git/src/doc/output/html/en /reference/geometry/_static/jax/output/HTML- CSS/imageFonts.js?rev=2.5.0 Line: 19 (The path depends on which part of the manual I'm looking at).
