Is there interest in providing algorithms available in Kenzo (https://www-fourier.ujf-grenoble.fr/~sergerar/Kenzo/) in Sage? In principle, Kenzo runs on ECL (with a 2-line patch, see https://github.com/dimpase/kenzo), and so can be embedded, just as Maxima is.
