It's not so much that I worry about my name on a file. This isn't a privacy paranoia issue. In fact my hesitation about this is exactly what you write--just because I author the initial version of a file does not mean I want to be the point of contact for any issues related to that file. I would much prefer a more abstract entity like "The SageMath Developers" to be listed in the file In fact I think I'll do this. I'll put this mailing list for the e-mail address.
