The title says it all: Is it still state of the art that we cannot get canonical labels and graph isomorphisms from nauty?
I found this post from last year https://groups.google.com/d/topic/sage-devel/mKZ1Ar1lJG0/discussion I just checked the vertex-facet incidence graph of the 24-cell, the 120-cell, or the 600-cell. The later currently takes 524 ms to get the canonical labelling, having 120+600 vertices and 2400 incidences (ie edges). I haven't tested how long it takes nauty to compute the canonical labelling, but I will do so as soon as I get it working (I have never used nauty before...).
