sage-trac was also cc'd to a bunch of seemingly random users, as well as a 
web mirror...

Anyhow, now it's OK to change trac passwords, even though the apparent 
primary problem, that all the emails trac sends get cc'd to the 
googlegroup, is still not helped with.
