Why that? What's wrong with being verbose in the OUTPUT block?

I would like something like

INPUT:

- ``certificate`` -- boolean; whether to output a certificate, see OUTPUT

OUTPUT:

- If ``certificate=False``: a boolean

- If ``certificate=True``: something more complicated
