Dear developers, Thank you for your participation for the polls (and discussions) on guidelines for docstrings. Now I close the polls and summarize the result:
H1, H3, H4, H6 got affirmative votes from most of you. H2 did not get affirmative votes from most of you as it is stated in the thread. Nonetheless your comments indicate that we still need such a guideline but with accepting ``self`` for the cases of possible confusion. H5 did to get affirmative votes from most of you. Nonetheless your comments indicate that we still need a guideline for OUTPUT block. It seems impossible to get one that satisfies all the suggestions and still respect the existing guideline. So I made some decisions by my own judgement to prepare a new guideline.
