The feature (allowing to test unsafe tickets) seems broken anyway. For an 
unsafe ticket, the patchbot creates a temporary folder but removes it 
before starting to test by line 366-369 in trac.py!

Whatever it means, how could adding a file in src/ext increase the risk 
more than in src/sage?
