The VPS have 1 Core 768MB RAM 60GB Disk. It has not any other process running, it is a clean installation with no one other use intended than to be a cell of sage math .
I run the make command again, but first a set the SAGE_KEEP_BUILT_SPKGS to 'yes' to avoid delete the build directory, as said in the log error message. After that, I have the same error result, failed to build the package linbox-1.4.2. Is there other way to install it and run a production cell for SageMath? .
