I double checked and the Xcode IDE and Xcode Command Line Tools version is 9.2 ( 9C40b).
When I started the Xcode IED it wanted to install some files, after that the script to build the man app runs further, see below. I think it fails in trying to move the dmg. I will look at the Makefile to see if I can find the problem.
