I am adding a new file in sage/src/sage/graphs/. Where should I include the information about the file so Sage knows where to find it, and what information to add? I tried searching in the Sage docs, but I could not find anything. Additionally, the file I am adding is a Cython file. Please let me know if I have to do something extra for Cython files.
