Unfortunately, I'm not much of a coder at the moment.  However, I am
going to be familiarizing myself with Python shortly anyway, and at
your suggestion, I searched and found this Python code, based on
Steven Fortune's sweepline algorithm in C:

When I have the time, I'm going to start toying with this.
