I am Amit and I would like to apply for GSoC 2014 by working on the
idea of Matroid Theory. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Mathematics
and have done a semester long course in Graphs and Algebra I (currently
studying Algebra II). I have decent knowledge of python and have
contributed to other open source modules. I have cloned the matroid code
from bitbucket (https://bitbucket.org/matroid/sage_matroids). I would like
to know what could be the further extensions which would help me draft a
proposal. Thanking you.
