Hi, I have already posted on the coding theory Sage inquiring about doing a project on rank metric codes. There was a project on this in 2016, but it was never started. At the moment I am doing my Master's thesis on rank metric codes and since I will be implementing some of it in Sage anyway, I would like to put in some extra work for it to be accepted into Sage.
I was wondering if there was any advice for submitting a project proposal for a project from a previous year that was not started?
