See http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/16903 for a new version of the optional spkg database_cremona_ellcurve. This one does not extend the range but -- more seriiously -- adds over a thousand curves in two conductor ranges of length 100 each where the curves had gone missing some time in mid-2012. more on the ticket.
The problem was discovered yesterday by Benjamin Matschke and Rafael von Kaenel in Bonn, to whom I am very grateful. The additional curves are already in the lmfdb.
