Testing (‘ptestlong’) had one transient failure: sage -t --long --warn-long 73.2 src/sage/libs/singular/polynomial.pyx which passed when run singly. 10.14.2 (2017 MBP, Quad-core Core i7): no problems with the build, and all tests (‘ptestlong’) passed!
