Yes. sagenb is no a real optional package even with python2. We overlooked the test suite when we made some test depending on it just “# py2”. That was in https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/28805. We probably really should have introduced `# sagenb` in insight. But honestly I don’t care that much about python2 anymore. In 30 days it will be best efforts at best for python2.
