No solution yet. I am looking between the difference of SID debian with
sagemath-9.0 which is working fine and the version 9.0 /9.beta1 ubuntu
20.04. It's said that the preversion is made out of SID ?

Are you using system libffi? If yes, what version?
If it's 3.3, it's probably buggy, and you might try
./configure --without-system-libffi
make
to buid Sage's libffi instead.
