Built w/o problems on macOS 10.14.6 (2017 MBP, 4-core Core i7).

Testing (‘ptestlong’) yielded three failures:
- sage -t --long --warn-long 124.5

 # 1 doctest failed
- sage -t --long --warn-long 124.5
