On Debian testing running on core i7 + 16 GB RAM, upgrading 10.0.beta6 to
10.0.beta7 and running ptestlong gives two persistent failures :
sage -t --long --warn-long 208.9
--random-seed=238387095440544030960480173076050503884
src/sage/coding/linear_code.py # 2 doctests failed sage -t --long
--warn-long 208.9 --random-seed=238387095440544030960480173076050503884
src/sage/coding/code_constructions.py # 1 doctest failed

These two persistent failures have already been reported for previous betas
and seem csmetic.
