As always, you can get the latest beta version from the "develop" git branch. Alternatively, the self-contained source tarball is at http://www.sagemath.org/download-latest.html
I've encountered various races when building documentation in parallel, so if you find unexplainable errors when running "make doc-html" then re-run it a couple of times and chances are it'll succeed. Would be nice if this could be fixed.
