Hi Louie,

Sorry for the delay. I was away and out of email. Since we could not
resolve the problem here, I posted a new topic to the sage developers
mailing list with a reference to the discussion we had here. Hope
someone will be able to pick up on it and fix it. These guys seem very
busy, though, so I am not sure where on the priority lists this will
end up. :)
