I've posted the sage-vmware-3.0.5.zip image here:
http://www.sagemath.org/bin/microsoft_windows/
The zip file itself has the actual final sequence of steps
in it to upgrade (see upgrade.txt in the zip archive). My
hope is that somebody will volunteer to create the
VMware Sage binaries on a regular basis.
